While we do not accept returns for refunds, we understand that sometimes clothing may not fit as expected. We are happy to offer an exchange within 5 days of delivery for a different size or item, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchanges Only: We are unable to offer refunds for unwanted items.
- Time Limit: The exchange request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including both the return shipment to us and the shipment of the new item back to the customer.
- Availability Matters: Exchanges are based on stock availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact Us Quickly: Reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, Name, The date of purchase and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.
- We'll Guide You: Once we confirm availability, we'll provide you with clear return instructions.
- Return and Relax: Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided instructions.
Please Note:
- We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the new item.

Damaged Product Policy
At My Almas, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, in rare instances, an item may arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are happy to help resolve the issue.

- Inspect It Quickly: Please inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery.
- Contact Us ASAP: If you discover a damaged item, contact us within five days of receiving your order. The sooner you contact us, the faster we can resolve the issue.
- Provide the Details: When you contact us, please include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. This helps us handle your request smoothly.
We've Got Options:
- Replacement: If the damaged item is still in stock, we'll happily send you a replacement.
- Store Credit: Want to try something new? We can offer store credit for the full value of the damaged item, redeemable for future fashion finds at My Almas!

- We may request the return of the damaged item before processing a replacement.
- Depending on the damage, we might need additional information or photos to verify the issue.

We cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, our fulfilment centre automatically begins fulfilling the order and we are not physically able to stop the order from being dispatched.
